Sign in with the same iCloud account, open Audit Plus, and tap Restore your purchase inside the subscription manager. Your active plan will unlock instantly.

Apple’s Family Sharing doesn’t apply to Audit Plus subscriptions. A subscription belongs to the Apple ID that bought it, so use that same Apple ID on any device where you want the plan unlocked.
