Audit Plus has no user accounts and no Audit Plus server component. Your templates, audits, photos, videos, signatures, comments and any location recorded in an audit are stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your own Apple iCloud account. We have no access to that content and cannot retrieve it for you.
Two features send data off your device, and only at your direction:
- AI generation. AI features use an API key that you supply for a provider of your choice (for example OpenAI, Anthropic or Google). The app sends your prompt and the content you select directly from your device to that provider. The request does not pass through us, and the provider’s own terms and privacy policy govern how they handle it.
- Server requests and exports. If you configure a server request or export an audit, the app sends that data to the destination you specify. You are responsible for how data is handled at that destination.
