When audits and tests are derived from teplates, media is shared with the audit from the template. Each quesiton supports adding media as work instructions, guides, etc.. When completing, that media will be removed to flatten the file for storage if the setting is set to on.
Media inserted by the user while conducting an audit or test will be retained after completion
