- Add choices and select passing answers. Use the plus or minus buttons to add or remove choices.
- Multiple Selection Enabled allows picking more than one answer. If enabled the answer choices will have checkboxes, otherwise it will be a radio group for once choice.
- Include N/A Button to bypass the question.
