Manage Subscription
Manage Subscription - This screen allows you to subscribe to the app. If you subscribe, you can restore your purchase on other devices that share your iCloud account. Individual subscriptions are managed through the App Store.
If you have subscribed in the app, use your device to cancel your subscription.
User Information
Your Name - Enter your name to automatically populate the “Created By” field in new audits. This saves time and ensures consistency across all your audits.
Your Email - Enter your email address for identification in audits and for potential email-based features.
Templates
Custom Property Types - This screen allows you to create and save custom properties. These properties are lists of values that may be selected in an audit’s details screen. If you turn on Import, then custom properties from templates created on other devices will be automatically added. To remove custom properties, swipe left on its row.
Custom Question Types - This screen displays a list of custom question types. Like custom properties, you may use the Import switch to add custom question types from templates that were created on other devices. They are removed by swiping left on the row.
Server Requests - This screen lists server requests that can be triggered during an audit’s completion process. It shares the same Import and removal functionality as above.
AI Features
AI Template Generator - Configure AI providers to enhance your audit workflow:
- Provider Configuration - Add API keys for Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, or Google AI
- Model Selection - Choose from available models for each provider including the latest offerings
- Template Generation - Create complete audit templates from natural language descriptions
- Secure Storage - API keys are stored securely in the device keychain
iCloud Sync
iCloud Sync Status - Shows the real-time status of automatic iCloud syncing. Documents sync instantly when the app is open and periodically in the background (every 15-60 minutes). All your templates, audits, and preferences sync seamlessly across devices. The status indicator shows when the last sync occurred.
Audit Retention
Enable Auto-Cleanup - Configure automatic deletion of old audits to manage storage space. Options include:
- Set retention period from 1 day to 2 years
- Option to keep incomplete audits regardless of age
- View last cleanup date and number of audits removed
- Settings apply to all devices using the same iCloud account
Audit Configuration
Default Number of Multiple Choice Questions - When using the multiple choice question type, you can set the default number of answer options (0-50) that appear when creating new questions.
Select a Style of Date and Time to Append to Your Audit Filename - Audits have timestamps appended when created to ensure unique filenames. Choose from three formats:
- Time & Date - Human-readable format
- Unix Time Stamp - Seconds since 1970
- UTC - Coordinated Universal Time format
Appearance & Behavior
Button Colors - Customize colors for different answer button types:
- Compliant/Pass buttons
- Failing/Non-compliant buttons
- N/A (Not Applicable) buttons
- Other button types
Use the Set Default Values button to reset all colors to their defaults.
Display Media After Inserting in a Question - When adding media to a question, enabling this option immediately displays the media after insertion. This is useful for reviewing or annotating photos immediately after capture.
Select JPEG Quality for Images Added to Audits - Choose the compression quality for images and photos added to audits. Higher quality means larger file sizes but better image clarity. Select the level that balances your quality needs with storage considerations.
Haptic Feedback - If your device supports haptic feedback, you can enable it and adjust the intensity (0.0 to 1.0) for button presses and interactions throughout the app. This provides tactile feedback for a more responsive user experience.
